Job Purpose Influencing and improving Commercial performance through the effective provision of support to the production and key Accounts.

- Financial analysis and decision support for the business to drive improved performance and help the Business Unit meet its financial and non-financial targets.

- Delivery of the appropriate tools and models to provide the required analytical support to the senior management team.

- Work with the various business teams in developing plans/budgets which meet financial/business targets.

- Be a key Input to the formulation and implementation of commercial strategies to ensure profitability is optimised.

- Act as a Business partner for key areas of the business. This would include, explaining performance and further developing current reporting capability.

Key skill requirements

- Must have strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to identify and analyse situations by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and rapidly drawing appropriate conclusions.

- Strong numerical & analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical format.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to deal effectively and confidently with individuals at all levels of the business.

- Flexible - able to react to changing priorities and support other areas of the business / team as required.
