Carpets are newish and house in excellent condition.
You will have your own fridge freezer and a selected cupboard or two.
The rent includes all bills to a fair usage and broadband.

Morrisons less than a mile from the house and a really nice environment. There are a couple of lakes and walk paths.

Room includes a double bed an a build in cupboard.

My partner and I are both professionals and we expect the future lodger to be one as well.

no pets and smoking will be allowed inside the house.
