My client, a company that prides itself of quality is currently looking for a Human Resources Officer
You be responsible for the provision of comprehensive HR support services on an administrative, practical, operational, commercial and strategic basis, for the UK operation.
The Human Resources Officer role is accountable for undertaking a wide range of generalist HR duties, covering areas including; Employee Relations, Legislation & Compliance, Employment Law, Grievance & Disciplinary Procedures, Policy, Procedure, Best Practice, Talent Acquisition & Management, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Learning & Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Project Management.
This role will be of interest to candidates who are currently working as HR Administrator, HR Officer, Personnel Administrator and want to further their career or graduates with 1+ years experience.
