We are in the process of developing our first site in Cambridge. This is a shell at the moment and there is lots to get involved in. We want motivated people. People with passion that deliver. You will live this dream and make it yours.

They are the driving force behind all that we do, and all our work is measured against these.

We initially looking for experienced managers in new opennings or brand development. Food knowledge important. One thing is for sure, you a people person, have stacks of positive energy, enjoy challenges and conquering the great unknown.
So what do we want from you? Firstly we see our relationship as a partnership. This is not your normal 9 to 5, overtime ‘on top’, prescribed position. You will be taken seriously and your input genuinely depended on and valued. We want hands on peeps that get stuck in and enjoy delivery. The salary is £14k to start with accommodation provided. (£17k live out) At the same time you will also be developing your role within the company and creating your own path with us.
Our eyes are already on London: If this is where you want to be then maybe we can take you there...or take you back.

You have a stake in the business and with your added value so can come unique opportunities and choices – Higher salary, profit share, financial backing out on your own or franchise. These will be explained in more depth face to face. We don’t deny that the beginnings are a hard slog and you will need patience and vision before you line your pockets. This is not for everyone, but we do offer commitment and opportunity to the right likeminded individuals.
