This is an excellent quality Puky bike. It has one handle bar beak, Dutch style back pedal brake, concealed chain, back carrier, bell and reflectors. It has a tiny bit of rust on the bell and handle bars. We have had it checked over at our local cycle shop and it is in excellent working order. It is a lovely sturdy first bike, suitable for riding with or without stabilisors.
