- Have up to date Primary curriculum knowledge
- Be able to follow other teachers planning and to prepare your own work
- Have excellent classroom management
- Have confidence in Primary environments
- Be highly motivated
- Ideally have interactive whiteboard experience
- Possess a flexible attitude in the workplace
- Be of cheerful disposition


In return, successful teachers will receive:
