Building Services & Facilities Management company with eighteen branches nationwide turning over an excess of £145 Million per annum is looking for:

1 Helpdesk Team Leader

The ideal person:

• Reporting to the Admin/helpdesk Manager of any arising issues
• Meeting agreed customer requirements and KPI’s
• Manage, motive and coach your teams ensuring performance is at a high level
• Working on Vixen and Client systems
• To be responsible for call reports which are to be kept updated and manageable by the helpdesk team members to meet the contact requirements
• To manage the administration of the work in progress and invoicing deadlines
• Overseeing the handling of telephone queries from clients and engineers on outstanding. Ongoing or completed job status
• Providing support and development to all team members


Essential Skills:

• IT Literacy
• Maintenance reactive Helpdesk relevant experience
• Must have relevant experience in call-centre to Helpdesk managing teams for administration an call-centre
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: £17,000 to £19,000 DOE
