There's quiet off-street parking, quiet street & quiet village. The house is open-plan downstairs consists of Kitchen, Dining area, lounge, study & front & rear porches. 2 bedrooms upstairs & shared bathroom (inc shower). Extra storage space in boarded loft space. Free Internet (wireless & Broadband), all bills included. I live with my 2 dogs (Spaniels - well trained and very loving), so if you are considering the room, you have to like dogs. I am generally out 2 evenings a week and I sleep out Friday & Saturday evenings. I am very respectful, considerate and easy going. I currently have lodgers (a couple), they move out at the end of November so I am looking for someone / a couple to move in shortly after. They are happy to provide you with a reference about me.
I keep a clean house, work each evening as well as through the week, love sport, love my dogs, love cooking and keep myself busy, I have a full time job and several part-time occassional evening/weekend jobs. I am new to the area so dont know many people here, so never have parties in the house. Ideally I am looking for a professional person to house-share with and someone who likes dogs
