We are seeking friendly, reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy meeting new people and not being stuck in office. Working from home including meeting clients on a daily basis.

We are offering earning potential from up to 35k with company benefits and plenty of career progression. Opportunity to gain private client ownership and gain exposure in the property and construction field.

You will be dealing with clients from estate agents, housing associations, councils and private landlords. Therefore travelling is involved within 10 miles radius of where you reside. Ideally having good communication skills, time management and being well presented.
Driving license preferred not required
If successful having to go through a criminal record check.
Additional construction or property qualifications are a bonus.

Role
Producing a detailed report on property contents on wear and tear before a tenant enters and also when exiting a property. Hence attention to detail is a must.
