Gateway Personnel are expanding, even during the credit crunch. We require a recruitment consultant with experience of working in the catering and hospitality sector. You will be responsible for managing a permanent desk with many existing clients. Gateway are presently based in Oundle and will be relocating to modern offices in Peterborough.

This is a job for a determined and enthusiastic consultant with experience of recruiting in the hospitality sector. If you have a hotel or restaurant background as a chef or front of house so much the better. Most important is love of the industry and a genuine love of food. Gateway's business is mainly working with hotels and restaurants that feature fine dining.

You will already be working as a recruitment consultant and have at least 18 months experience of managing your own desk.You must be able to demonstrate excellent skills in managing existing clients and developing new business through cold calling and networking.

Salary will be based on experience and will be in the range of £18,000 to £22,000. More might be available for a highly skilled and talented consultant who can be productive from day one.
