We have a lovely Victorian houseshare on Sleaford Street where there are 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room, garden, cloakroom and bathroom. 2 of the tenants are moving into a place together which leaves 2 empty rooms from the 9th of November.
The housemates left are both male, in their 20's and professioals. Enjoy all the normal things like going to pubs at the weekends but working hard during the week.
The two rooms are both furnished and of double size but one has a single bed and the other has a double.
The rent is £450 for the larger room and £400 for the smaller. This rent excludes the bills and the deposit is one and a half times the rent. the deposit will be protected by the DPS and there will be an AST for the tenanrt to sign.
Tenancy lengh maybe long or short.
