Salary from £17,000 - £21,400 + Monthly & Quarterly OTE
Location – Cambridge

We are looking for a Trainee Consultant to work in our Cambridge office. You will be recruiting for candidates within the Health & Social Care profession, ideally you will have experience in this sector, but this is not essential

Responsibilities -

• Understanding clients & candidates requirements and maximising these opportunities
• Attending recruitment exhibitions & business events to expand your network
• Designing advertisements to attract job seekers
• Winning new business and managing key accounts

You must have a proven sales ability, and be able to build an excellent rapport on the phone and face to face, ideally you will possess strong organisational skills and will have the desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission and after this you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
