This is just a total stab in the dark that she will read this, but hopefully from the title she will know who this is for.

We have had our ups and downs and its now been a little while since we have been together but I need you to know that I have not forgot about you, I fall asleep every night thinking about you and wake up every morning missing you.
I know that things have moved on for you but I want you to look into your heart, and if there is just something missing, maybe that could be me.
If you would consider I would like to take us all away for a new start, maybe by the coast....the choice is yours...
