Our Private studio apartment can accommodate up to FOUR people in this large, spacious studio apartment. It is located in the well-established and very popular Royal Palm complex in Los Cristianos.

There is a communal pool and a second pool with adjacent Children's Pool. There is no charge for the use of the sun-beds and there is usually a life-gaurd on duty.

It is well-maintained throughout and decorated in relaxing, neutral colours.

There are many places to eat and drink in the immediate area as well as the cafes and restaurants, bars and show-bars, all within ten minutes walk.

The area is generally relaxed. The local bars close or go quiet at a reasonable time (but do stay open), it is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of Los Cristianos & 10 minutes by taxi to the noisy night-life of Las Americas.

Prices are:-
£190 per week for Two people for April and May.
£200 per week for Two people for June.
£220 per week for Two people for July and August.
£200 per week for Two people for September.
£190 per week for Two people for October to December. (excluding Christmas & New Year)
£300 per week for Two people for Christmas & New Year 2008.
£200 per week for Two people for January 2009.


The apartment can accommodate up to FOUR people.

We will also consider enquiries for long-term rentals.

A Deposit will be required to secure your booking, the balance to be paid six weeks before your arrival. (payment in full if arrival in less than 6 weeks)
