New: German Saturday Pre-school
New from September:
German-speaking Saturday Pre-school “Jim Knopf”
Where: International School, Cherry Hinton Hall
When: 2 - 4pm every Saturday from 19 September to 19 December except for 31 October and 28 November.
Cost: £90 per child per term. If we have more than 10 children, we may be able to offer a reduction for siblings.
The pre-school is designed for three- to six-year-olds. Ideally they will already have had some nursery experience. Activities will include: singing, games, reading, acting, crafts, preparation of festivities, fruit snack, outdoor games in the park.
The sessions will be led by two experienced German nursery teachers: Stephanie Goegelein has a Steiner/Waldorf background and Sibylle Hutter, who already runs the German-speaking toddler group, is especially experienced in art and museum work. We are also looking for parent volunteers to assist with the sessions.
