Ads in Business Services/ Flat or House to Rent/ Property for Sale
If you are a business offering goods/ services or an individual offering paid services (for example, a photographer) then you can post a free ad in our Business Services category. To keep categories as usable as possible for the Gumtree community we ask you to stick to our policy of only posting one ad per day for your services, and only post on the one geographically nearest Gumtree site. If you are a property agent then you can also post ads for specific properties in Flat/ Houses - Rent or Property for Sale. Please make sure that you indicate that you are an agent in your ads and only post one property per ad. See our Posting Rules.

Text/ Graphical 468 x 60 Banners
There are opportunities to further advertise your business or service with Gumtree using the highlighted text banners and 468 x 60 graphical banners that appear at the top of the listings pages. These are sold on a monthly tenancy basis. Headline category sponsorship is available from £4000 plus VAT per month.

You can also advertise your business/ website in the sponsored links at the bottom of the listing pages on Gumtree by using Google Adwords. If you do not have a Google Adwords account or to find out more about Google Adwords, click here.
If you already have an Adwords account and you would like to show advertising on Gumtree, setup a “site targeted” campaign in your account. Follow the steps for creating a site targeted campaign and ensure you select Gumtree as one of the sites you wish to advertise on. Once you activate your new campaign, you should see your business advertised on Gumtree category listing and posting pages.
